• Where is the store based?

• How are shipping rates calculated?

  Shipping costs are based off of current USPS rates for standard First Class packages. The price includes the cost of the cardboard mailer and protective padding (extra cardboard or bubble wrap). Shipping rates for international orders (including orders for Mexico and Canada) recently went up due to a rather dramatic increase in postal rates.

• Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

  Yes.

• How long will it take to receive my order?

  Once shipped most domestic orders take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service. International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 12 weeks. Please remember this is a one man operation and I can't always be at the computer or the post office to send out your order. I usually ship orders within 2-3 business days.
